Automotive Technician
Job DescriptionJob Description We are currently seeking an Automotive Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose, repair, and assist with daily shop duties.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair vehicles Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs Engage with customers in a professional manner Work Monday thru Friday (8am - 5pm)
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an automotive technician / mechanic Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment (scan tools, tire machine and balancer, etc.
) Knowledge of parts ordering systems Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Deadline and detail-oriented Own basic automotive tools NY State Vehicle Inspection License and/or Towing Endorsement (not necessary but preferred) Valid NY state drivers license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Company DescriptionFast paced , well established light duty automotive repair facility and towing operation located in southern Orange County NY.
